1 Select and copy your signature
Click the button to highlight the signature, then press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac).
Use Chrome or Edge for best results.
2 Paste into Outlook & add your details
Outlook Desktop
Outlook Web (Microsoft 365)
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New
- Name it Gentlemen Pros and click OK
- Click inside the large editor box
- Press Ctrl+V to paste
- Click YOUR NAME and replace with your real name
- Replace YOUR TITLE and YOUR PHONE the same way
- Set as default for New messages and Replies, then click Save
- Click the Settings gear icon (top right in Outlook)
- Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom
- Go to Mail → Compose and reply
- Toggle Email signature ON if not already enabled
- Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl+V
- Replace YOUR NAME, YOUR TITLE, and YOUR PHONE
- Click Save
Tips & troubleshooting
Images not showing? Make sure you're online. Outlook shows placeholders until sent — they appear correctly for recipients.
Looks like code? You pasted in the wrong spot. Find the rich-text editor box (looks like Word, not code) and try again.
Use Chrome or Edge to open this page for the Select button to work properly.
